Graphic card

Hi

I'm going to edit DVCPRO HD material, using the CineForm codec, and was wondering what kind of card (if it exists) to use for previewing on a SD monitor or tv set.

Right now, I edit SD and use a camera's firewire connection to bridge the NLE with the TV, but I'm sure there has to be a better (yet not so expensive) way to do this.

I checked the Matrox X2, but it's a out of my budget range right now.

Matrox Parhelia APVe. It doesnt down-sample to SD in Premiere so youll need an HDTV but its a great card with 2 monitors and a component/composite out for HDTV. Ive noticed the card does down-sample to SD if you play HD with windows media player or QT. The Quadro FX1500 and I think a few others do this too but are pricier. Then you can always get an HD decklink or Xena to get your preview but thats a whole lot more. The Parhelia is the cheapest way ive found to do this.
