Grain

I have a problem with my footage looking grainy. How do I get nice clean footage. Also I been deinterlacing the top and bottom layers yet I just read not to de interlace. So what do I do?

What format? Typically grain indicates underexposure in low light or too much gain added. In either case there's not a whole lot you can do about it.
