Grain, noise, and low light with adapters

Am I right about the following things?

• shooting in dark areas does NOT cause grain in the adapter, the camera creates NOISE, which softens the image
• with most adapters, grain WILL appear in any properly exposed area past f/2-f/4.

I'm pretty sure this is what I've learned after using my go-35pro. In low light set ups, I'll take the adapter off of my camera and look at the ground glass only with my eyes. it's not bad at all, but when the camera records it, it's SUPER noisy. So the only way to solve this is to get a camera that's great in low light. Right?

Also, I've learned that when shooting with an adapter, shooting ANYTHING above f/2-f/4 will make anything bright (like the sky, etc) SUPER grainy. Do moving adapters solve this to some extent?

This shouldn't be an issue at f/2-f/4. I've looked into it and improved the diffuser over what you've currently got and will ship it out to you ASAP. Probably by Tuesday.

I also am having some noise issues w/my adapter. Does zooming in too much magnify the noise (it seems like it would). A whole batch of footage I shot had tons of noise in it and I can't afford for this to happen. What are ways/conditions to shoot w/ the adapter (interior/exterior) and have great looking footage? PLEASE HELP!!
