Definitely, going to be giving them more of my business now that they're closer to me and B and H is having their problems...

Manhattan was more convenient for me, but the mid-town/street level rent must have been astronomical.
I wish Peter and Gotham folks the best and will visit them at AES.

I was thinking the same thing, Rick -- the rent must have been ridiculous. Small (or even medium sized) businesses are really in jeopardy in Manhattan...
