Got my DVX

Okay, I'm sure there are many topics like this from the past, but glee is overtaking me so figured I'd post here.

Whoa ****, the DVX100 owns me. Incredible, just incredible. I recently purchased a DVX100a from another DVXUser and yesterday got my first chance to really film with it.

Simply mind blowing the leap from my GL2 to the DVX100a. I knew an improvement would be apparent, but not such a huge one. Everything about the picture quality overwhelms my GL2. Hell, that and the built in XLR inputs beat my GL2 on just a basic level, and I haven't even delved nearly into the depths of the camera.

Such a great product. Only time our crew has ever gasped at the picture quality of a production.

I hear you man I too was using a gl2 and I just got my dvx100a on thursday and I was amazed. I can't put it down I have been filming everything..

I'll one up you guys. I was using a single chip sony camera from about 6 years ago. and i just bought my DVX on friday.

Holy goodness man. it is a wonderful tool. i've been just walkign around my house with it. it's become my right hand.

The first night I got it, I was looking at something when the camera was off, and you know what I heard? A clunk.

I smiled. I'm psyched about this cam.
