Got all the links working on my site.

Its nice - I'd personally keep it as an image. It loads pretty quick on my mediocre broadband here. Keeps the text looking very crisp and attractive. Sure its not going to show up in search engines but just toss some keywords in the html code and call it a day.

And if you make the text actual text instead of being an image like it is now, you'll lose the formatting (space between characters as well as spacing between lines) of it and it won't look nearly as good - and it won't be anti-aliased like that with a small font. I agree, leave it as an image. :)

Leaving it as an image is fine -- it's what I do. If you want search engine spiders to index that text, you can put it in meta data or as text that's the same color as your background in a footer or something. I've done that, too. Looks nice overall; good job.

About link not working on firefox. On the contact page you have to email links, be sure to put the person's full name above the email link so we know who we are contacting.

Oh, the news on the home page is the home page :P so i didn't make it a working link. Maybe I should color them a different color when its on the page that matches the link. The about us isn't up yet. I will let Leslie write that.
Full names? But then we can't hide from the feds. :)
Thanks for looking. Chris, I know, I know, I think I will take the splash down soon.

Great looking site Aram! Love the layout and the colors.

Maybe if you animate the splash screen with flash Chris might be okay with it being there. LOL

I see a reel countdown to go along with your theme and then maybe a Puffin flying across to reveal title.

Just a thought...
