I just got the new 8 core pavilion dv8T and im amazed at how easy this thing plays back raw p2 files.
On cs4 I loaded up a 1080p file onto my laptop and dropped it into the time line. I pressed play expecting to see a choppy laggy clip play back and I was shocked that it played back perfectly. I was on a core 2 duo before and I never got such smooth play back.
