I'm going to purchase a JVC TM-H150 monitor in the next few weeks, and I had a few questions:
1. Will a Blackmagic Decklink card be worth it for monitor out and hardware acceleration, or should I get a miniDV cam for that?
2. If the Decklink card is the best way to go, is there a way to go from SDI to composite, or would I have to get a Decklink with composite out?
Also, my Dual G5 has been acting funny lately, does anyone know any good diagnostic/repair software that I could use? I have Norton Utilities, but since they stopped updating at v.8 I don't trust it.
