GoPro HD or Countour GPS??

Hi, I'm about to buy one of these cameras to used for some extra creative videos on my productions. will buying a suction cup and also I need an monitor to review the composition go pro is extra with the countour GPS I can use my Iphone via bluetooth. in term of prices the look pretty similar from my side looks the Countour Iphone integration will be alot easier to review compositions, looks like boths make time lapses:

there is anything I'm missing?

GOpro car kit + monitor = $345

Countour GPS + Waterproof case + Windshield mount = $361
 
I've been in the market for one of these and like the look of the Contour a little more. The GoPro seems more usable though in some instances.

I'm still amazed that these cameras exist!
 
Go with the GoPro.

The UW case is included and it is also good for basic protection for any shoots.
With the Contour, pretty much everything is an option to do the same thing.

At the moment I use five GoPro HD's and a 960.
Work like a dream, even the 3D option.
 
+1 for the GoPro. More aftermarket mods/products available and it shoots a higher bit rate per second so you get a little bit less mud.
 
love the gopro hd-- and we just purchased the little lcd backpack- which comes with several housings-- we use the bicycle handlebar mount for a range of things- highly recommend b/c it's is like a c-clamp- very versatile (oh and it works well on a bike) but we are going to use it 450 ft up on a wind turbine. for the money, the quality etc- love the gopro.
