Gooseneck wire

Does anybody know where to get raw gooseneck wire?. I want it because I saw that Kino Flo barn doors have it. Is a good way of making hinges that remain at a given position.

I cant find more than some whips of a given length with connectors, but I what a reel or let´s say 3 meters. I dont know the exact name of that thing. Is it correct "gooseneck wire"?

CoolLights had a tutorial on their site at one time. As I remember it was just flexible electrical conduit with stiff copper wire running through it.
