Hey Guys,
I just downloaded the new Google Earth Beta version here: http://earth.google.com/intl/en/index.html
And it has some super useful tool.
If you press one of the little icons on top of the map that has a Sun, it will simulate light of the day time on any given day, with terrain shadows, buildings, etc. so scouting for that sunrise shot, that golden light on any alleyway (at least in Vancouver the buildings are 3d) or that sunset knowing exactly where the sun in going down, just became... posible
Cheers
