Good workflow for Premiere Pro CS5.5 to Resolve Lite?

Hi All, I am a Resolve Lite Newbie and am trying to find a good workflow to get my premiere pro cs5.5 files out to Resolve Lite, and possibly back again. I am starting with Blackmagic Design 10bit YUV files and will edit with the same sequence settings. I am not sure though what sort of file format to export out of PP to get the best results from Resolve Lite? I am doing limited effects to my clips (Twixtor), and no color grading within PP. Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure you're updated to the latest update to CS5.5 (5.5.2). In CS5.5 (5.5.1), there were bug fixes done to support DaVinci Resolve. http://blogs.adobe.com/premiereprot...s5-5-update-bug-fixes-mac-osx-v10-7-lion.html
