Good work flow for greenscreenung....

I am making a nusic video and i want to use after effects to key the footage.
I am editing the video in premiere pro two. Does anyone have any good workflow suggestions?
 
I would edit the footage normally in Premiere, then import the project into After Effects, de-interlace the footage (if required), key the footage with keylight, colour correct, and then export.

Thats what i was thinking too, however I kind of want a 3d theme. But doing everything in after effects would take forever........thanks
