It was started for that reason, yes . . .
Seriously, though -- I saw it early, before most other people did. I thought it was "fine," I was perfectly entertained but wasn't moved.
Then . . . the GUSHING started. Then the awards started. Then it started winning "humanitarian" awards . . . for what?
Not worth the hype, so I got a bad taste for it.
It was started for that reason, yes . . .

BUt the rest of his 50 or so films have been just plain WEIRD and not that good. He is a pehomenal talent, but, I dont know, who picks his films? Him or his agent?

Just got home. I'm watching my Visions of Light on computer and surfing. I guess I really am getting old. Im not **** faced (I have a 4 year old too come home to). BUt Im doing alright!

Damon doesn't bother me, but the Affleck crapfest juggernaut hasn't helped warm my opinion of GWH any . . .

I dont hate Affleck but am wondering where the hype is in terms of talent (Maybe the whole JLO thing is getting to me?).
I wasnt too into Damon until I saw Bourne Identity and then I was like "Yeah, baby, yeah!"
