Good website for 'Independent' Audio and Film posts

I am very interested in audio and examples of 'good' audio on the web. (something to browse and learn from at the 'day' job)
I of course use Vimeo, and Youtube(not often) and occasionally catch something on exposure room, or the DVX fest pages. But is there a good resource, channel on Vimeo, or other site that I am not connected to that I really should be?

Where do you get inspiration from and learn from for audio?

Thanks
Ian

I'm a little unclear on what your looking for. If it's a site with a lot of info on sound it's not generally going to be a bunch of videos. There are a number of sites but what kind of audio? Music, production sound, live sound, post sound? They are all fairly different and only have a limited amount of cross over.

But then you say "inspire". And that sounds like your looking for stuff to watch that has great sound. In that case there is going to be not much on youtube or vimeo that qualifies. I would say netflix would be a better choice. In all those cases you are really hearing the post work since the production has been messaged to death by the time it hits the big screen.

I am inspired by and learn from FilmSound.org, JWSound.net (production sound) and a few other sound-for-picture forums on other film websites. Add in books like "The Foley Grail", "The Sound Effects Bible" and John Purcells "Dialog Editing"; I quickly re-read them every time I start a new feature. Ric Viers Chop Shop videos on YouTube are a lot of fun. And, of course, there's watching and listening to films with great sound. But the true inspiration and ultimate learning experience is observing - and occasionally working with - a long-time experienced pro. Hey, I'm good, but there's nothing like sitting next to an award winner/nominee to teach you humility, especially when they tell you that they've got a lot to learn.

Thank you for all the responses. Good idea to look in Netflix, and I really appreciate the idea's from Bob and alcoveaudio.com. I will be checking out those sites (consider becoming a member) and thank you for turning me onto some better source contents for learning/listening/inspiration.

Really appreciate the thought given to my question (as it wasn't very precise) and I am not looking for music audio, mostly if not production sound, foley, live sound and post sound.
