Good shoulder mount for HVX?

[pattern.against.user]

Found an offer for this Birns & Sawyer shoulder mount setup.

The person is selling it for $150. Has anyone had any experience using this unit with the hvx200? good deal or should I invest a little more into something else?

I can't say if this is or isn't a great support for YOU..I will say tht it isn't perfect, as it doesn't use a standard rod system...on a standard system you could mount matte boxes, 35mm adapters, lenses, and all sorts of stuff....

I myself use an Indirails shoulder mount, and although I do need to slightly modifiy it, it's a great deal for the money.
