Good mic for pole

Hi,

I have to make a 30 sec. TV adv.with 5 people and i dont want to use a Lav mics.

I dont want too much ambiant noise.

I'm looking for the Rode NTG1 or AudioTechnica AT4073a...

But maybe there are other mics best suited for this kind of work.

What are your suggestions ?

Indoors? Use Hyper Card. Outdoors use whatever shootgun you have.

The location has to be good for live dialog, Quiet.
The shoots has to be planned for live dialog, No long shoots !
For 5 people, One mic, You need a boom operator, a good one.
Plan lighting for shooting with a boom. (Shadows!)

The mic kind is the least important issue....
