Good method for temperature correction?

Hey guys, I'm editing a threatre play that I registered from different angles different times (I have only one camera). I always used the same camera set up, but sometimes they changed a little bit the lighting, specially the temperature.

I'm using Magic Bullet's Warm/Cool tool (you can slide Warm/Cool and Tint), getting good results, but taking a lot of time... isn't there a tool somewhere in Premiere or a plug-in that allows you to select one colored area from one take, then the same area but from the other take and then automatically adjust temperature so that the colors match?

Right now I'm sliding the values and intuitively trying to get where I need to get, is there a faster way?

Thanks!

If you shot the play at different angles the lighting will vary. There is no automatic plug in that will save you.

Majic bullet is a nice plug-in but yes, it takes a long time & the more shots you use it on, the harder it can be to have consistancy in your images, not to mention it will slow down your system.

I like to use the image control - colour balance - RGB filter in premiere. It gives you good level control over the three for matching shots that are slightly out.

Hey! Thanks for your answer.

Yes, the lighting varies! When the variation is intensity, the correction is more difficult, but when the variation is temperature, the correction is easier. I've just finished the job and it was a great experience, towards the end I corrected the shots much more quickly.

I will check that filter next time and see if I can achieve results faster! Thanks!
