Good logging program?

[MatthewC]

I'm looking for a good logging program so I can write notes about a video I'm watching as I watch it. What programs would you recommend, I'm sorta new to the whole concept of logging.

Thanks!

HD Log:

HD Log works with any format including Beta, DV, HD and newest addition, P2. Also supports everything from timecode accurate QT digitizing, to portable USB timecode readers to log on the fly or do video assist.

[CatDV is for, well, DV (only?). ]
