Good legs to go with Cartoni Focus Head?

I'd like to get a Focus head but don't have much to spend. The Focus will run me around $800. Are there any well made 2 stage legs that can support it for $400 or less?

I'm really happy with the two stage legs that came with the CF kit from Abel. With the DVX User discount it was just was pretty close to the range you're looking at.

Does anyone know where to get the CF head only?
I am planning to put the Cartoni head on Miller Solo VJ legs.
B&H is out of stock on both, and I need a place not in California.
