Good Duplication House

I just finished both a DVD and CD project for a client(comedian), but they need many copies for sale. I need recommendations for a good/reasonably priced duplication house. I want the covers to be full color and on a reasonably professional stock, not on printer paper. I want good quality disc labels, not stick-on labels but either printed or heat labeled. I don't need Blockbuster Movie Quality work, but just solid looking packaging/labeling. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
 
Where are you? It can be good to develop a good relationship with a local place (especially when you need quick turnaround). In LA, I've had very good experiences with Hellman Productions!
 
Do you want duplication or replication?

Duplication is home-burning on a large scale -- a laser burning holes in the DVD-R's dyes.

Replication is the process used by commercial producers (i.e., Hollywood), which involves created a glass master and then stamping the DVDs instead of burning them. The upshot is that you have 99.9% compatibility, as opposed to the 90% or so you get with burning. In quanitites of 1000 or more, it's usually cheaper, too.

We use CD Technical for replication.
 
I'm located in Indianapolis, and I doubt there is much around here on the professional level. I'm definitely not looking for replication on this one, I shot a comic who needed a demo to send to other clubs and to sell at shows, and they are currently small enough that we don't need thousands. So I thought a good duplication house would be more appropriate. Am I right in my thinking here?
