Good custom FCP keyboard

Hey I'm buying my own macbook pro and fcps2 setup and have been looking around trying to find a good keyboard/mouse combination. I've been using the macs at school for a couple of years and know that I despise the mighty mouse and am not to hot on the regular mac keyboard. I've been trying to find a keyboard that has the FCP shortcut keys on it and is hopefully wireless but I can deal with wires if there isn't a good one.

What are some keyboard/mouse combos that are of good quality and function well? Most of what I can find for FCP shortcut keys are covers of one type or another... do those work very well? Every time I've used a keyboard with any kind of a cover on it I haven't enjoyed the experience.

Lots of programmable buttons, I prefer the slimmer mice vs. the large fat ones.

This is my keyboard but I've had some issues. I'd suggest one of these - Linky
or just get some stickers to put on a standard keyboard.
 
One thing to think about in regards to custom keyboards, especially the nicer ones that have custom key caps as opposed to just stickers place on the keys, is that the keycaps won't help when using commands using modifier keys (shift, control, command, & option), and if you customize your keyboard short cuts then your keyboard will be inaccurate.

Good point. I'd been thinking about a custom keyboard until I started using FCP at which point I noticed that I'd pretty much learned all the unmodified shortcuts and I didn't see that much benefit in a custom keyboard. That wheel controller could be cool, though.
