Good charger?

[Robbie Comeau]

I lost my battery charger that came with my DVX when I bought it not to long ago.

Is this a good one? It's cheap, but why is it so cheap? Is it bad? How can a battery charger be bad? Would it just take a while to charge?

Thanks!
