Good books for Film Sound?

[mickeloaf]

I just got done browsing Amazon for a book on Film Sound Techniques and came up empty. Can anybody recommend a good book that covers some of the following:

Microphone Boom techniques with a shotgun mic.
Using a mixer (basic principles, techniques)
Double mic'ing

primarily a focus on film sound gathering techniques, not for music or other..
