Good 19" flatscreen monitor?

Have finally made the jump to a dual monitor system, so am upgrading my existing set-up. Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced ($300-$400) 19" widescreen flat panel monitor ?

i just saw on tigerdirect, acer 23" 1080p monitors for $200.... which is a killer deal, i dont know how good the color is on them, but acer has really stepped their game in the past few years.
