I own a Panasonic NV-MX 500 but would like to go more professional. I shoot mostly wildlife.People have adviced me to get help from this forum. What do I buy.Am I going in the right direction. Please help !!! I need all the info that I can get.
This is a good place to start - to learn a lot about the Panny DVX100.
www.dvinfo.net is another excellent resource to find out information regarding all aspects of DV (digital video) capturing and editing.
Hope that helps.

PS:
I've been lurking on this board for more than a year now, but haven't had the cash to purchase the DVX100. 4 of my friends have purchased one because I can't stop ranting and raving about the camera. I hate them now!
I love my DVX. For nature stuff, you might find that the 10x zoom isn't enough. disjecta has displayed some really incredible nature footage using a tele adapter, so there are options. It's a great cam.
