Go Pro footage

Guys using GoPro footage shot in R3 (720p 60fps) to mix with footage shot on an Af100, AF100 stuff converted to prores, I'm after the best possible quality with the GoPro, the Go Pro understandably can't approach an AF100's footage...
Anybody out there suggest the best means of transcoding to tease the best out of the GoPro... QT 7 or Compressor ... settings ??

Any suggestions appreciated

Either to ProRes would be fine- depends also on your shooting resolution as to what the output would be.

I usually take all my GP footage through MPEG Streamclip with the ProRes 422 selected, non-HQ, 50% and take off interlaced scaling.
