Can anyone help me figure this out? I love this glitchy stuff that can be used as "effects" as well as glitch transitions. I figure for some of the stuff it looks like Twitch was used (or could be used) but really want to know about the effects overall in this video, specifically what plugins I can get to do my own versions.
As for the glitch stuff, see this Kanye Video
And I especially would like to know how I could do this in premiere on Windows (or even AE maybe?) like it was in this video at 2:10 where there's a glitchy effect used to make people appear.
Here is a different, final version. At around 2:19 you'll see I guess an artifacting that is affected by his movement. This I am really intrigued by. Can anyone give some insight?
Appreciate your time!
