Glideshot experience....

You bumped it after 8 minutes? You need to give the thread a little time...

I've never used it, but it seems somewhat small to have your tripod setup and be sturdy.

Maybe I should have given the thread more time. So, I'm a premature bumper... Don't judge. =) Oh well. Thanks for the response.

Has anyone tried this dolly and maybe knows something about how sturdy this thing is? TC mentioned what I was already concerned about, so I'd love some more feedback...

I promise to at least give the thread..... 10 minutes before bumping... Baby step folks. Can't stop cold turkey.

"Cafe ala DVX yap about whatever you want here."

Sorry, but this confused me. I almost went into hardware, but since this item could be placed in a little more broad categorie (Not just for DVX) I decided to place my question here. Sorry again, if this bothers anyone.

Anyone else have feedback?

If that's a joke, it's very funny.

If it's serious, that's very irritating.

I have such a dolly with the exception mine is carpeted. It looks the same and has the same wheels, etc.

I made my track from pvc pipe available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc...

Mine is rated for 350 lbs. It is only large enough to hold the camera but moves well. You can put some additional hardware on it (from the store) for a handle if you want. The glide is very smooth and steady at a fraction of the price of a pro model.
