Glidecam Shots Choppy.

I shot this a few weeks ago and i am not happy with these glidecam shots. It almost looks like the frame rate is to slow. I shot it at 30P. Any ideas on how to make it less choppy?

You run (pan) too fast and have too much horizontal movement. More practise!

Few questions. I want to be able to move quickley i have shot skiing at over 20 mph and it wasent choppy or hazy like these shots are. Is there a filter to clean them up. Twixtor? also would of 60i helped in this situation?
