I'm having trouble with finding the screws that go into the long pole parts. I know that I have to connect the silver pole with the bigger black poles, and I'm having a hard time finding how to connect the two (washers and screws, etc). Does anyone have pictures or can post some on that? I'm having issues with it and I have not been able to figure it out. The book it came with doesn't show where and which parts to put into the actual poles.
In the manual, it says you may need a rubber hammer. Is that to break the rubber inside part of the nuts?
