Glichy Effect Help!

Disclaimer: Ive looked for well over 2 hrs for the answer to my question.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on duplicating these effects

1) the glichy effect on the girls around

18s - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZWr8X2OziU&feature=related
2:10 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpixdTlYlKU

2) Pretty much the whole scene - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=diYx8M9HdXE

The most i can make outta 1 is i need so static stock footage, maybe a screen blend mode, and some key frames for movement ... but thats as far as i can think

I fig it matters how you shoot the scene on 2, ie having people stand still... but how many cameras do you need to do it, and how is the camera swing to the next scene so smooth, i cant tell where, or if it was cut

Thanks for any help.

The glitch effect in the first video can be achieved with rotoscoping or green screen and using either a bad tv preset or Holomatrix from Red Giant Software. The same can be said for the second video as well. For the other guys scene, that is a much more complex effect known as camera mapping. In order to achieve that you would need a 3D camera application or plugin and you would have to record at a high frame to pull it off. The guys from Corridor Digital did it before and explained it on one of their Youtube videos. Check it out if you get a chance.
