glass etching cream for focus screen

I used a glass etching cream, and etched a thin glass to use as a focus screen. The aperture was narrow and could not be changed.

Do you think it would be ok with a vibrating system or no chance at all!

Those look pretty grainy. I actually really dig the look. If you've got the parts I'd say try turning it into a vibrating adapter. It looks pretty dark in there. Did you have the gain on or anything? That could be contributing to the grain.

no gain! the lens is an eos lens whose aperture can not be changed manually, so it is dark! I have to try if it etches plastic to be able to use it on spinning systems!
