Which one of the effects do I use on Premiere 2.0 to give it that bleach bypass look like in Saving Private Ryan?

There is not one and but you could create it using the CC controls. Its mostly chroma desaturation and contrast. Start with 'Levels'

Otherwise you could buy and use Magic Bullets that have a preset for Bleach Bypass.

What ever way you do it you will have to do some (lots or..) work on it yourself to get the result that you "imagine". It will not be a one button magic solution.

Whichi one of the many color correction plugin do i use, theres all kinds of em included in premiere

Adjust your levels first ( which is good CCing practice) so find the Levels control.

Then adjust Chroma and Contrast using any of the plugins that have these controls. The Secondary controls may also be helpful.

Bleach bypass is not just "one look" that will automatically work on any footage. It is kind of in the eye of the beholder but generally it is contrasty and the colour is desaturated in some areas and heavily saturated in others. Analyse your reference carefully and then play with the controls until you achieve the result you want. Be awar e that the "art and lighting department" has a significant part to play in films that used bleach bypass.

FYI: I owned a motion picture laboratory and we did many full and partial Bleach Bypass tests on negative in the processor. The clients very rarely went with the process in the end because we effectively showed we could very easily and without risks and variable reults, produce the same result in a telecine or grading suite with a few simple tweaks and button pushes.
