I'd like to double-check with you all pros... I'm looking into buying used Gitzo legs to go with my 503HDV head (this set-up is for a DVX). Will I need an adaptor in most cases? I prefer half bowl design to columns. So if I get something like a Studes of Gilux, will I be able to get something like the G1424 (100mm video adapter) that would fit 503HDV?
