I'm in the market for a new rig. My last one was a Gini Rig, and it was good, but heavy. So I thought I'd take a look at what they have now, and found this:
http://ginirigs.com/shop/v-series-r8-dslr-rig/
It's carbon fiber, which sounds promising, and it mounts the camera below your shoulder, which as a tall operator, I can appreciate. However, there are literally no reviews of it online, as it seems to barely be shipping. Has anyone seen one, or bought one? Or at least, has anyone bought a rig from this site, ginirigs.com? I know there are a ton of Gini sites claiming to be the real thing, so I'm trying to be cautious.
Thanks!
