ghosting image in 1.5

just outputted to dvd in premiere 1.5. Whenever there's fast movement, there's a little bit of a lag in the image, creating a very quick but still noticeable ghosting effect. i think this has something to do with how I burned the disc, but does anybody know the specific settings during output to prevent this?

And what are you viewing this on? a computer monitor or TV? If you freeze on a frame containing the ghosting and/or step one frame at a time, what do you see?

I have had this problem too and yes it is the way you burned the DVD. This is what I did and it solved my problems with Ghosting. When you export to DVD in APP 1.5, goto Encoding and make sure you have the Preset setting set to (assuming your not using wide screen):
NTSC DV 4x3 High Quality 7 Mb CBR 1 Pass

I set mine to that and have not had any problems with Ghosting. Give it a try and that should solve your problem. Curious, what did you have it set at before? I would imagine it was one of the Low Quality settings.
