Gh1 homemade shoulder mount

I made a shoulder mount from my old DVX100 shoulder mount. It's basically just stuff I had around the house including my old door frame chin-up bar that I got for christmas and never used it cause i'm lazy, and welded a few pieces together. for the price of the nuts and bolts, it was worth it.

Looks good! Absolutely necessary with a GH1 as it doesn't have the mass to be easily held in a stable fashion. You may want to experiment with a dual shoulder unit that has a single hand hold in the front to free your other hand for controlling aspects of camera functions. That would give you three points of stability but still keep a hand free. Just a thought. rogar-BigGrin(DBG)
