Gettng a clip to my web site

I need to get a 60 sec. film clip to my web page. I've compressed it to a 14 MG file in QuickTime (MPG1), but can't upload it via email (too large) or burn a DVD (iDVD won't accept MPG files). My ISP has tried to upload using FTP, but it doesn't work. Did I create a bad QT file? What would you folks suggest?

You should be able to FTP the file. Make sure you have your FTP program set for binary rather than ascii transfer. Otherwise, the ftp program will mess up the file.
