Getting wrong vid rate after Advanced Pulldown

I have been capturing my clips using the Advanced Pulldown capture preset. For some reason, two of the clips (out of maybe 30) have a vid rate of 29.97 instead of 23.98. I can't figure out what is wrong. I've tried re-capturing with no luck. Is there another workaround to get them to 23.98?

Select clip in bin. Tools -> Remove Advanced pulldown.
If that doesn't work check your clips in the camera with the displays on to make sure they were shot 24pa.
You could try capturing a few frames later or using Cinema Tools.

In looking at the clip, I think I see the problem. I think the camera operator at the time shut off the camera for some reason and created a timecode break. I was able to create two clips from the footage and then capture with no problem. The pulldown was fine then.
