Getting this look....

I absolutely love the cover to the Allegra Huston (daughter of John Huston) book, "Love Child." Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can get this look in the scene file adjustments? My guess is making the white balance a bit warmer, adding teal-ish highlights and lowering contrast and saturation. It kind of has that hipsterish instagram look but a bit more soft and less contrasty.

Can anyone help out?

What camera and lenses are you using? I think using a vintage lens would help wonders, something with nice smooth roll-off on the focus. I'd also recommend using a light diffusion or a mist filter.

Yes, having the example handy is a benefit... there's another B&W cover picture out there as well.

This one looks to be a 'happy shot', and as such, looks like some of the color shifts one would expect from a 20-30 year old color snapshot.
If it is a old photo, and I do presume it is of the author at some early point in her life, the 'warmness' could be a modern correction to the fading.

I'm reminded of this film in which the director uses the "lens whacking" technique:
