Getting the best Real-time playback?

It seems I'm rendering constently on my Dual G5. Maybe my system settings are to high or somthing. If you are getting good real-time play back, can you list your settings under the System Settings>Playback Control tab?

Mine are:

RT: Unlimted
Video Quality: Low
Pulldown pattern: 2:3:2:3
Play Base Layer: Checked

I've been able to playback realtime on almost anything. You may want to check your sequence settings though. If they do not match correctly with your imported footage then you may have to render more often.

Dual 2Ghz G5

My settings:
RT: Unlimited
Video Quality: High
Pulldown pattern: 2:3:2:3
Play Base Layer: UNchecked

System Settings>
Memory & Cache>
Application: 100%
Still Cache: 13% (this is what allows for realtime, so you may need to boost this memory allowance)

I have 1Gig Ram on my computer, so those percentages relate to 100%=805MB, 13%=85MB

Hope that info helps.
I would first try adjusting the Still Cache memory.
