Getting Songs off IPod

Right now I use a program called ilink ipod to get songs off of my ipod, but its a big pain b/c the program gives me access to the songs in disorganized folders, so I have to do a ton of searching to locate the song I want to pull off the ipod. Anyone know a better way?

on a mac? ipod viewer works very well. it even sees playlists so you can organize exactly what you want to take off in one list.

I've recently implimented a self-imposed 24-hour time posting delay on all iPod related threads...

So...now that 24 hours have passed, I'll make the obvious comment:

Yet another reason not to buy an iPod
