Getting Rid Of Cones

is there a way to get rid of those cones?

right now my backup plan is to just use the secondary CC to desaturate them so they blend in a little more with the road. anybody got any ideas? thanks.

Photoshop CS3 Extended has a new function to import video files for rotoscoping which is what you'll probably need on this if you want to remove the cones.

Actually the cones didn't bother me. I probably wouldn't have noticed them had you not said something. Overall color of the spot could be pumped a bit but I think the cones aren't an issue.
