Getting my Letus Flip

I should have my letus flip later this week. I have a pretty sturdy gitzo, but i'd also like to attach it to the cheapest rod support system. could someone make a reccomendation that would fit the Flip? (i dont know anything about rods, never had any matte boxes/follow focus, etc)

also, does anyone know how many stops i lose with the Flip? i have some very fast lenses, but it would be nice to know.

Thats basically the set that Im looking at also. Seems it would would fine with flip (got mine yesterday). Im also considering this:
