getting my footage ready for 35mm blowup using FCP

I'm in the middle of shooting my film (25P, and the recommended settings have been researched) the images look great and I'm just starting to plan for a 35mm blowup/transfer to HD.

I'm wondering if anyone has done a blowup to either 35mm/HD and what were the requirements from the lab for the footage in terms of getting it from Final Cut Pro to them.

I've heard of people exporting the individual frames to tiffs, online-ing to HD, etc? It's starting to confuse the hell out of me!

Also what is the score with titles, colouring, etc?

Ask your LAb because they will have specific requirements dependent on their hardware and workflow.

I think you will find that they will handle the difficult parts of the process for you.
