Can I get good CDQ sound this way ? I only interview one person at a time. So if I have the Senn G3 reciever attached to the Zoom H4n recording and the transmitter attached to the person I can get great sound and recording right ? Then I can sync in post correct ?

I would say that the sound would be "good". "Great sound" would be another post. "Good" is good enough for 90% of the folks out there. That extra 10% of clarity will be a bit more involved. The most important thing with the H4n and Sennheiser G3 would be to match the levels for each device. While you can crank the G3's output to +12dB, it is not a true line level out. So I would still go down to around -12dB for AF OUT on the Sennheiser Receiver. The H4n is expecting a mic level input through the XLR jack. Last but not least, be sure to adjust the Sensitivity of the Transmitter to achieve something that is not going to distort when the talent starts getting loud.
As for the sync in post, which camera are you using? You may be able to split the headphone out of the H4n and input that into your camera for a reference track.
