Getting blocky and pixel heavy renders in main concept mp4 internet settings. SAMPLE

I just finished a music video for a client and I noticed some a lot of the scenes are extremely pixelated when rendered in the Main concept mp4 1080p internet settings.(not just on youtube but on the actual render) It's almost like the render deteriorates as it renders also... getting worse the further it renders. Check out the video below at 2:56 for the worst part. It looks horrible and the weird thing is if I render that portion by itself it looks clean as hell, but when i render a good amount before it the video just falls apart when it gets to that point. I have always had great images out of these settings and all project settings are set to best etc. What woudl be causing this? It's not acceptable.

I render out an avc and I can't get any players to play it(including vlc). Can you not render to an mp4 capsulation in sony avc? I don't think youtube will take avc.

My guess is that there's something wrong with your system as I render to Sony AVC for YouTube (Internet 1280x720-30p preset) all the time and can play it with almost any player I have.
http://stclaircollege.ca/healthsciences/ has several clips that were rendered and uploaded using this preset.

Try the Sony AVC codec instead. I find the results are generally superior to MainConcept these days.
I second David's comment. Anyway, MainConcept never been the best encoder available.

Be sure to check the container when rendering. It's in the System tab (#3) and select Mp4 or Mpeg2 instead of Elementary (.avc stream) and it should work!

My renders from Sony AVC come out as .mp4. They play in everything fine. That's how I've uploaded everything to YouTube and Vimeo.

With the files you have, you can try to change the extension on the file to .mp4 or .m4v and see if that helps.

If you have Vegas 11, you can try Upload to YouTube under File.
