Getting a Red Glow?

I have a translucent (frosted basically) window that I am trying to get a soft red glow to come through from.

I'm looking for suggestions how to approach this?

I've got to work with:
2x 1k tungsten
1x 800w tunsten
1x 500W work light
1x 1k worklight
300w china ball (3500k)

I'm thinking about CTO gelling the 1k tunstens and pointing em straight at the window (this will be done after sunset), and possibly using daylight bulbs inside on the china ball / CTB the tungstens to get the orange to really pop on the CTO "glow".

I'm not sure, however, if this is going to get the effect I want. I wish I had an example, but any suggestions for how to get a red glow on a frosted window would be extremely helpful.

Thank you much.
