Getting a $4,000 check today

So, I brought my car is for service a few months back and to make a looooong story short, they destroyed my brand new wheels, tried to fix them and now they're giving me $4,000 to replace them..... NICE!

I'm not buying wheels this time though. $1,000 goes to the side for a G35, $500 for a crane and the rest is headed for the savings.

Well to be honest with you the wheels look brand new to anyone who never seen these wheels new. To me, ther'ye a tad bit dull on the polished metal so that's where my complaint fell on. I know they're thinking I'm nuts but fuk them, they screw me every chance they get so I'm sticking this one to the. The only difference is I actually have a valid point and they never do. I mean, how can you justify "trying" to charge me $1,400 for a brake and rotor job? I didn't pay them a penny in that situation btw.

Everyone knows that Auto Mechanics **** you in the drivethrough every chance they get(Just like Auto Dealers/Auto Insurance). There oughta be a major government intervention into that whole industry as it is.

And how come some high school ****ing drop out be making $80.00 an hour cause he knows how to replace my starter (which probaly doesnt even need replacing)? They make as much as graduates from MIT. I say screw that

I actually have a second set sitting in storage that I have to send to DPE. They were an exchange for the new set that I have now. Long story short, they're 100% custom made and there was something that I complained about and they started cutting a new set for me! WOO HOO! lol anyway, I still have them and I could sell them to you cheap but they have a years worth of ride on them.

Hudson, what the heck do you drive that you would pay $80/hr to change out a starter? I've done that before, and I'm a girl. :grin: It was like, two bolts, if I remember correctly. Of course, I drove a piece of crap and was poor as hell, so I couldnt afford to pay to have it done. Still....

Two weeks ago I went out to see if I could get a haircut. It was Sunday and I had a good feeling that there was no way they were open but something made me go. Glad I did. I found $4000 in a small flat make-up style bag. All $100s. I immediately went to church, made a donation, said a prayer and put the rest toward my new sons nanny. Different love than your story but same affection.
